In everybody’s mind, Burgundy is directly associated to wine. Almost 200 million of bottles are produced every year in Burgundy, 30% of the whole french wine production. Best red wines of Burgundy are created in the vineyard from Dijon to Corgoloin, in Côte de Nuits. As an example of well appreciated wines, you will find red wines like Corton, Volnay, Auxey, Santenay and other Pommard. For white wine (almost 60% of the wine production in Burgundy), you will find Chardonnay, which will be suggested to you in every gastronomic restaurant in Burgundy, like La Closerie in Dijon.
